HISTORY MAKERS KIDS DIRECTOR
As Kids Ministry Leader, you will guide children in cultivating their faith through dynamic worship and Bible-based activities, while also developing strong connections with God and the church community. Your key responsibilities include leading the DREAM TEAM in recruitment and mentorship, executing weekend services, and crafting a compelling curriculum for various age groups. You'll build relationships with families, support team members, and ensure all ministry aspects align with HMC's vision. Operationally, you will manage staffing, resources, safety, and budget, while also planning and overseeing special events to create a nurturing and enjoyable church experience for children and their parents.
